Located in Cowes, Grossard Court is within easy access of the beach, and the main business and shopping area some 800 metres away.
The town is well serviced with shops, restuarants and cafes. There are art exhibitions, craft and souveneir shops and a cinema.
Conveniently positioned in a residential setting, Grossard Court is located along the Katherine Circuit reserve which will allow residents and families direct access to the reserve, playground and walking paths via a secure entry/exit gate.
